Packaging & Sustainability
We view every design decision as a social responsibility. Trinity’s packaging is 50% smaller than traditional laptop sleeve packaging, significantly reducing its carbon footprint during shipping. It’s also plastic-free, with an FSC-certified box, paper sleeve, and paper lining.

Fitment
No, Trinity is designed with interior airflow channels to ensure proper heat dissipation, which is sufficient for most modern energy-efficient laptops.
However, if your laptop tends to overheat easily, we recommend using Trinity's vertical stand mode with caution.
For newer MacBooks, Trinity does not block any ports.
For other laptops, ports will remain accessible if they are
at least 106 mm (4.17") from the front edge when using the 13-14" Trinity,
and at least 116 mm (4.57") from the front edge when using the 15-16" Trinity.
Trinity is designed to fit most backpacks and bags when folded into portfolio mode.
However, we recommend double-checking your bag’s internal dimensions.
Trinity 13-14" outside dimensions in portfolio mode:
L325 mm (12.8 in) x W234 mm (9.21 in) x D26 mm (1.02 in)
Trinity 15-16" outside dimensions in portfolio mode:

Care and Warranty
We recommend using a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean the surface of Trinity Standing Laptop Sleeve, followed by wiping it dry immediately.
Please avoid using highly concentrated isopropyl alcohol.
SleekStrip provides a one-year warranty from the date of receipt.
This warranty covers product replacement for issues arising from defects in materials or manufacturing that result in the product being unable to function properly.To request a repair service, please provide the invoice and order number for your purchase of Trinity Standing Laptop Sleeve. Submit your request along with photos/videos/a detailed description via our customer service email: support@sleekstrip.com.
The limited free warranty service does not include shipping or postage fees for sending the product for repair. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide proof of purchase when requesting warranty service.
The one-year warranty policy does not cover the following:
- Products without proof of purchase, order number, or mismatched serial numbers.
- This warranty does not apply to second-hand resold products.
- Normal wear and tear and aging of exterior parts and consumables, unless the damage is due to manufacturing defects.
- Damage and/or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, such as surface issues like coating peeling or fading.
- Any damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or fire.
