Received Incorrect Product / Missing Product

When you received the order, if the product colour is incorrect or if there’s missing product:
  1. Please contact support@sleekstrip.com within 14 days after you received the order (based on shipping company’s timestamp), along with the following information:
    • Your full name, order email and order number
    • Date of purchase, and date of receiving the order
    • Picture of the product(s) you have received
  2. Once we verify your order and our warehouse’s packing record, we will resend you the correct product / missing product with no additional cost.

 

Product Defects / Limited Warranty

Our goal is to provide the best quality products to our customers. While we are constantly looking for ways to improve our quality control, there is still a small chance that defective products slip through our eyes. In case that happens, we will make things right with our warranty policy. iQOOL provides a 30-day limited product warranty which is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser, and for products purchased from authorized retailers only. An original copy of the sales receipt is required for our warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from online auction websites. Please note the limited warranty does not cover any of the following:
  • Wear and tear of the product.
  • Product that has been improperly altered or customized individually
  • Product that has been repaired by an unauthorized service provider
  • Damage caused by any misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident
  • Damage caused by use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage to any third-party product
Procedure to claim warranty:
  1. Please contact support@sleekstrip.com within 30 days after you received the order (based on shipping company’s timestamp), along with the following information:
  • Your full name, order email and order number
  • Date of purchase, and date of receiving the order
  • Picture/video describing the product issue
  • Once we verify that the issue is covered under the warranty, we will send you a replacement with no additional cost.

 

Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and want to request for a refund, you can do so within 14 days after you received the product (based on the shipping company’s timestamp). Here is how:
  1. Make sure the product/packaging is in its original condition.
  2. Please contact support@sleekstrip.com within 14 days after you received the order (based on shipping company’s timestamp), along with the following information:
  • Your full name, order email and order number
  • Date of purchase, and date of receiving the order
  • Reason for requesting a refund
  • Pictures showing the condition of the product, packaging, and accessories.
  • Once we acknowledge the request, we will send you instructions for shipping the product back to one of our receiving ends (Vancouver, Canada or Kaohsiung, Taiwan). Please note that:
  • You are responsible for the full shipping cost for returning the product
  • iQOOL Inc. is not responsible for any damage / lost of the product during shipping
  • Once we receive the product, we will verify the condition of the product and then issue the refund. Please note that if there’s any missing parts, or packaging or product damage, we might not be able to give you a full refund.
