Swappable Strip

We understand that you may get a new phone or new cases. Although the 3M adhesive is not reusable, we do include 2 extra 3M adhesives for replacement. You can also purchase additional accessory pack if needed.

Please assess the actual material of your phone for proper adhesion. Various phones on the market have different materials, which can affect how well the adhesive sticks. If you're unsure or if your phone model has a particularly unique material, feel free to contact us at support@sleekstrip.com for assistance.

The specialized 3M adhesive strips for SleekGrip can securely adhere to metal, wood, rubber, and plastics, including soft TPU and PC (polycarbonate) plastics.

For glass or silicone surfaces, please use the provided auxiliary adhesive pads in the packaging for enhanced stability during adhesion.

Note that delicate surfaces such as leather, wood materials, or phone cases/covers may sustain damage when SleekGrip is removed.

Based on testing, SleekGrip functions properly with wireless charging when installed correctly. However, compatibility with every wireless charger on the market cannot be guaranteed.

If the phone case exceeds 3mm in thickness, the charging capability may be affected depending on the charging distance requirements of the wireless charger.

While SleekGrip adhesive buttons are compatible with wireless chargers, they may interfere with the functionality of MagSafe magnetic car mounts.
Therefore, we recommend using SleekGrip adhesive buttons with conventional clamp-style car mounts instead.

No. For iPhone 13 and subsequent models, where the space below the camera lens has reduced, if there isn't enough space directly below the lens, we recommend installing SleekGrip on another side of the phone.

Yes, the NFC sensor on iPhones (used for Apple Pay) is typically located near the top of the phone, close to the camera. Therefore, when DuoFlip is magnetically attached to the phone, it does not obstruct this area. You can still use Apple Pay at the top of your iPhone. For Android phones, the NFC sensor may be located more towards the center. In such cases, it's advisable to remove DuoFlip when using mobile payments like Google Pay or Samsung Pay.

No, it cannot. However, one of the advantages of MagSafe is the ability to easily swap accessories. Simply remove DuoFlip, and your phone will be ready for wireless charging.

DuoFlip can accommodate cards of standard credit card size (ID-1 / CR80): 85.6mm wide x 53.98mm high. We recommend that the thickness of the cards should be less than 1.5 mm.

Yes, between the two card slots, we have our proprietary 6-layer anti-interference shield. Through design and testing, we ensure reliable detection of both cards in the slots. However, factors such as card wear, signal receivers, and interference from other wireless frequencies in the environment can affect detection success rates. Therefore, we cannot guarantee successful detection in all circumstances.

Most NFC-enabled non-contact cards, such as credit cards, transit cards, access cards, and vehicle key cards (like Tesla's key cards), can generally be detected properly when placed inside DuoFlip. However, please note that the success rate of detection is influenced by various factors including card wear, signal receivers, and interference from other wireless frequencies in the environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee successful detection in all circumstances.

The DuoFlip - MagSafe ID Card Holder uses tear-resistant fabric for the flip mechanism to reduce weight and thickness while ensuring durability. It has undergone over 100,000 flip tests to validate its durability. The external material is leather, providing a premium appearance, comfortable feel, and excellent protection. • The included MagRing is not suitable for use on soft phone cases, or on silicone or glass surfaces.

1. Peel off the protective film from the MagSafe Adapter Ring.

No, it will not affect phone functions or cause magnetic interference. The phone itself contains small magnets, and the phone body acts as a barrier to "Mag SleekGrip-X｜Card & Slim," reducing magnetic interference to a certain extent.

Do not spray alcohol, cleaners, or bleach directly onto the surface. Excessive cleaner may dissolve the surface material. Please use a soft, lint-free cloth or lens cleaning cloth with a small amount of pure water or a cleaning solution (hypochlorous acid or alcohol/ethanol with a concentration greater than 70%).

Mag SleekGrip-X (Card) is designed with anti-theft and anti-demagnetization features. Users can simply slide the card out through the round hole, but it does not support direct card sensing.

It is recommended not to forcefully pull or subject to excessive external force, as this may cause damage.

The polyester material used in the Urban Lanyard is less prone to pilling.
The product is guaranteed to be free from pilling upon delivery,but if consumers use sharp objects such as blades to scrape it, pilling may occur.

The Urban Lanyard is adjustable in length, ranging from a minimum of 70cm to a maximum of 140cm,
with the actual effectiveness depending on individual body size.
It is suitable for both men and women, with the typical standard body size ranging from 150-180cm.

2. Move the adjustment ring to adjust the length of the SleekStip lanyard to around the neck or crossbody.

1. Use a closed-bottom MagSafe phone case.
2. Insert the lanyard patch into the case's bottom, exposing the hook.
3. Attach DuoFlip magnetically to the case.
4. Connect the lanyard to the hook on the lanyard patch.
   

• DuoFlip x Lanyard x Retractor

1. Press the bulges on both sides of the retractor's buckle and pull up to open it.
   
2. Connect the retractor to the hole below the SleekStrip logo side on DuoFlip to combine them.
   
3. Attach the retractor's clip to the lanyard.

• DuoFlip x Lanyard
  Remove the lanyard from the hole of the DuoFlip to separate them.

• DuoFlip x Lanyard x Phone
  Remove the lanyard from the Lanyard Patch to separate them.

• DuoFlip x Lanyard x Retractor

1. Press the bulges on both sides of the retractor buckle and pull up to open it.
   
2. Remove the retractor from DuoFlip.
   
3. Remove the lanyard from the retractor.
